If you are a tenant and have reserved your property and paid a reservation for your property go to the Tenancy Application Form and complete and send your details.

By renting one of our managed properties, you will recive the protection of the TDS – Tenancy Deposit Scheme and have the support of the branch network for which the lettings offices are open six days a week and also access to our emergency out of hours repairs service. John Shepherd Lettings is a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which has been developed to ensure the deposits we hold are protected and any disputes about the return are resolved swiftly and impartially.
